4 Sessions: Saturdays, July 18 & 25, August 1 & 8 at 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Self Defense for Teens teaches you how to recognize threatening situations, diffuse potentially violent ones, escape from typical aggressive behavior, and have enough self-confidence to fight back. With resistance, you reduce the chance of being harmed. Learn how to resist!
Four, one-hour classes are taught by Leslie Snow, who has studied various martial arts for more than 15 years. Each class builds on the prior class. Please plan to attend all 4 classes if possible.
The first session is non-contact. A signed waiver from both participants and guardians must be submitted to participate in the following sessions.
